Hey, I'm Noa!
I am a wedding & elopement photographer based in Victoria & Golden, BC. I was born & raised in Field, BC, a tiny town in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, and I feel a deep sense of gratitude to have grown up in this part of the world! When I'm not shooting weddings, you'll usually find me mountain biking with my friends, snowboarding early morning fresh lines with my girls at our local resort, surfing or diving head first into my sewing room.
I am an entrepreneur at heart, which I can give my father credit for, and a few years ago, took over the family business & little store at Emerald Lake BC, with my two brothers.
While I have spent most of my life in the mountains, my other love is the ocean, and I now live a pretty wonderful life where I am fortunate enough to spend my time between beautiful Golden, and Victoria BC with my love, Taylor.
I absolutely love to travel! I have been to over 15 countries, but you can most often find me beachside in Mexico with a surfboard under my arm (although I wouldn't say no to living in the Tuscan countryside for a few months..) That's me in a nutshell, and I look forward to getting to know you!
LOIS SOPER
Hi, I'm Lois!
I live in Golden BC with my husband, our little girl, our Akita Leroy, and his cat Albert. I love living in the Rockies and always feel like something is missing if I'm away from the mountains for too long!
I have lived in multiple places including The UK, South Africa, the Dutch West Indies, and Bragg Creek, Alberta, but finally moved to Lake Louise where I met my husband while working as a Bartender. We eventually ended up in Golden where we started a pub, The Riverhouse Tavern.
My background in design and my early travels definitely sparked my interest in photography, and through that journey it has completely filled my creative needs. When I'm not taking photos or editing, you can find me snowboarding or mountain biking, snuggled up crushing the latest season of a good show, or cruising around with my little family on our 1980’s houseboat.
I love shooting intimate weddings and elopements because I feel honoured to be attending such a special day for two people who have vowed to be witnesses to each others lives. My husband and I eloped in Mexico on the beach just six months after we had our daughter, just the three of us at sunset, and I wouldn’t change how we did it for the world.
